1. Who sells, and who refunds
- MyNotesHelper is provided by Logos Legacy Venture, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, United States.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. It handles payment, invoicing, taxes, cancellations and refund requests, under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.
2. Try Premium before you pay
- Premium can be tried free for 7 days. One trial per account.
- You are not charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends, and you are never charged.
- If you do not cancel, the trial becomes a paid subscription, and you are charged on the date shown at checkout.
- We do not offer a change-of-mind refund of our own: the free trial is there so you can decide before you pay.
3. When a payment is refunded
A payment is refunded where the law of your country requires it, and where our Terms of Use promise it.
- The 14-day right to withdraw (EU, EEA and UK). If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund. It covers a credit pack, and the first payment of a Premium subscription. Whether a renewal is covered depends on your country (for example, in the UK an annual subscription can be withdrawn from when it renews); Paddle's Refund Policy gives the details.
- When you have already started using it. If, when you
bought, you asked for access to start straight away and acknowledged that
this affects your right to withdraw:
- Premium is a service. If you withdraw within the 14 days, you may be charged for the part of the period up to when you withdraw, and refunded the rest. Once the service has been fully provided, the right ends.
- Credits are digital content. Once the credits have been added to your account, the right to withdraw from that credit-pack purchase ends.
- Other countries. Some other countries give a similar right, with their own period and conditions. Paddle's Refund Policy lists them.
- If the service is faulty, or is not supplied as described, you have the remedies your law gives you, which can include a refund.
- If we remove a paid feature you are paying for, we tell you in advance. You may then cancel and receive a proportionate refund of the unused period (Terms of Use, section 11).
- Paddle's own decisions. Paddle's Refund Policy also lets you ask Paddle for a refund within 14 days of a payment. Paddle decides each such request, and a request does not guarantee a refund.
4. How to ask for a refund
- Use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or go to paddle.net, find your purchase and choose "Request refund".
- Paddle reviews the request under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. An approved refund is paid to the payment method you used.
- You can also write to us at mail@logoslegacy.com, and we will help you.
5. Cancelling
- You can cancel a subscription at any time, through the link in Paddle's receipt or at paddle.net.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period, unless a refund is due under section 3.
6. What a refund ends
- When a payment is refunded or reversed, we may withdraw what it paid for: the Premium time it covered, or the credits it bought.
- All credits end when an account is deleted, and are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing on this page limits the rights that consumer law in your country gives you.
