A tag anywhere in the message files the note. It comes out of the words and goes on the card.

How it works

01 — CAPTURE

Text it and forget it.

Send a message from anywhere — a car, a queue, a meeting you cannot leave. Or type it in the app. Text or WhatsApp it and it is on its way to your notes in seconds.

02 — ORGANISE

Tags do the filing.

Write #WORK in the sentence and it becomes a tag, in your own words, wherever it sits. Or hand a pile of notes to the assistant and say how to file them.

03 — FIND

Ask for it however you remember it.

A word, a rough date, or a question — “money notes from the spring I never acted on”. The answer cites the notes it used, by name.

Your notes

On your device. Backed up to your drive.

Your notes live on your device, so reading and writing never wait on the network. They are backed up as a file in your own drive, where you can reach them, and you can leave whenever you like and take everything with you.

Credits pay for the things that cost real money — receiving a note from your phone, and asking the assistant. WhatsApp is the cheapest way to send one, at any length, from any country. A text costs more, and a long one costs more again, because networks charge us by the 160 characters. Reaching a limit never takes anything away: go over on tags and every one of them stays exactly where it is, readable and searchable — you simply cannot add another until there is room.

What a credit buys
A note arriving by WhatsApp — any length0.5 credits
A note arriving by text1 credit per 160 characters
A picture texted in2.5 credits
Asking the assistant0.2 credits a question
A question about your whole library1 credit per 50,000 tokens sent (about 37,000 words), minimum 0.2
Asking for a summary0.3 credits
Writing a reminder in your own wordsfree

The credits used are shown with each answer.

A text is charged by the 160 characters because that is how networks bill us — and an accented character drops that to 67, so a long note in Portuguese can cost several times an English one. A WhatsApp message is one flat price however long it is, which is why it is half the price and why we would rather you used it.

Everything else — every note, every view, every search, backup and restore — is free on every plan.

Buy credits when you need them: 100 credits for $3, 300 for $7, 1,000 for $20 (USD, plus any applicable tax). Credits you buy never expire, on any plan.

Stop losing the good ones.

The thought you had in the car last Tuesday was worth keeping. Text it next time.
